Canadian Centre for Computational Genomics (C3G) has partnered with the Goodman Cancer Institute (GCI) to setup and operate a bioinformatics hub at the GCI. The said hub will:

  • Provide on-demand bioinformatics analysis services to participating GCI researchers.
  • Identify training needs and organize training events at the GCI
  • Offer advice and guidance on bioinformatics topics to the GCI researchers through consultations and office hours.

Training

At C3G, we provide bioinformatics training sessions through the training events at the GCI. Whether you have prior experience working with some of these tools or looking to build your expertise in them, we can provide you with training sessions tailored to your level of knowledge and expertise. For more information, please reach out to us at alain.pacis@mcgill.ca or gcrc.bioinfo@c3g.ca.

Requesting Services

Participating researchers can request on-demand bioinformatics service by contacting us at alain.pacis@mcgill.ca or gcrc.bioinfo@c3g.ca, providing a short description of the experiment, available data and expectations in terms of analysis.
