Bioinformatics Questions? Ask Us!
Help Desk
C3G is part of the Bioinformatics National Team. We invite you to seek help with us by posting your questions to the BNT forum at: bioinformatics.computecanada.ca
Our Toronto and Montreal nodes operate a common bioinformatics help desk with the goal of helping researchers on the analytical and computational aspects of their projects. This would include for instance, planning an experiment, finding and using the right tool, accessing computational resources, etc. Do not hesitate ask questions, one of our experts will be in touch as soon as possible.
